If a product malfunctions within the five-year warranty period, to shorten your repair process, please follow these steps for sending it for repair:
First, contact your local after-sales support personnel to obtain an RMA code. Support personnel will assist you with preliminary diagnostics and tests over the phone to help you check and troubleshoot the problem. If remote troubleshooting is not possible, or if you simply wish to return the product for a refund, your local customer service team will assist you in completing a return form and generating a return label. The product must be returned to the company along with this form. Ship the product back to Microcyber China.
Microcyber will cover the cost of shipping the faulty product directly to China.
If the faulty product does not include an RMA code and repair slip with the package, it will not be accepted. Products within the warranty period will be repaired and returned free of charge by PR electronics.
If the product is functional but you still wish to exchange it, the following conditions must be met:
The warranty mark used to ensure the module has not been removed from the packaging must be intact.
Equipment must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging. Products with a marked end-of-production delivery date are not eligible for return; these products will be considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Standard Products (Non-Intrinsically Safe 1.S. Products):
- Products returned within 30 days of shipment will receive 100% of the contract price as exchange value.
- Products returned between one and six months of shipment will receive 75% of the contract price as exchange value.
- Products returned more than six months after shipment will not be replaced.
Intrinsically Safe (1.S.) Products:
- Intrinsically safe (1.S.) products returned within 30 days of shipment will receive 75% of the contract price as exchange value.
- Special Note: Intrinsically safe products returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
All other 7501 items not listed are treated as special products.
Special products cannot be exchanged.
