After-Sales Service & 5-Year Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Microcyber industrial communication and automation products. We stand behind our products with a comprehensive 5-year warranty and dedicated global support. If your device experiences issues, please follow the guidelines below. Our team is here to help you quickly and efficiently.

After-sales

1. 5-Year Warranty Commitment

  • All standard products are covered by a 5-year warranty from the date of shipment.
  • Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) products and custom/special items follow contract-specific terms.
  • Exclusions: Human damage, unauthorized disassembly, improper use, abnormal environments, or force majeure.

2. Repair Process (Recommended for Faulty Products)

To minimize downtime, please follow these steps for warranty repairs:
  1. Contact Support for RMA Number Reach out to your local/regional support engineer via phone, email, or online form for remote diagnosis. We will determine if return is needed and issue a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Ship the Product Package the device securely with the RMA number, repair request form, and proof of purchase. Ship to our Microcyber facility in China. Microcyber covers the shipping cost back to China (based on actual freight receipts).
  3. Repair & Return Upon receipt, we inspect and repair within 3–10 business days (free for warranty cases). We will then ship the repaired unit back to you at no charge.
Important: Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned at your expense.

3. Return/Exchange Policy (For Functional Products)

If the product is working but you wish to exchange or return it, strict conditions apply:
  • Anti-tamper seal must be intact (no removal from original packaging).
  • Product must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.
  • Products with end-of-life/production status are non-returnable.

All returns/exchanges require prior written approval from support. Unauthorized shipments will not be processed.
